Morphly Terms of Use

1. Publisher

The Morphly app (the "App") is published by [TO COMPLETE — legal entity, address, registration number]. Contact: support@your-domain.com.

2. Purpose

The App creates a short video from your photos; transitions between photos are generated by a third-party artificial intelligence service. By using the App you accept these Terms.

3. Access and account

You must be at least 15 years old. A guest account is created automatically; you can add an email to recover it on another device. You can delete your account at any time in Account › Delete my account.

4. Free plan and credits

• Free generations consume credits, earned by fully watching rewarded ads. The number of ads per credit is shown in the App and may change.
• Credits have no monetary value, are non-refundable, non-transferable and are lost when the account is deleted.
• Rewarded ads are rate-limited (minimum delay, hourly and daily caps). Circumvention (automation, multiple devices/accounts, app tampering) may lead to credit removal and account suspension.
• The free plan is limited (photos, duration, resolution) and videos carry a watermark.
• If a generation fails, its credit is refunded automatically.

5. Morphly Pro subscription

• Purchased and billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Price, period and any trial are shown before purchase.
• It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not cancel it.
• Pro benefits (more photos, longer and higher-resolution videos, no ads, no watermark) are subject to fair use: a monthly generation limit is shown in the App.
• Digital content is supplied immediately upon subscription; where applicable law allows, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal right. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

6. Your photos

• You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos you import and have the consent of identifiable people in them.
• You grant us and our technical processors a non-exclusive, free licence, limited to what is strictly necessary, to host, transform and send your photos to the AI provider solely to generate your video. We do not use your photos to train AI models and never publish them.
• Prohibited: illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or harassing content; content inappropriately involving minors; content infringing others' rights; content intended to deceptively depict a real person. The AI provider may reject photos under its content policy; the credit is then refunded.

7. Generated videos

• Subject to third-party rights in the original photos, you may freely use your videos, including on social networks.
• Results are AI-generated, may be imperfect and are not guaranteed.
• When sharing realistic videos of real people, you agree to disclose that they were generated or altered by AI, as required by applicable law.
• Videos are kept 30 days on our servers, then deleted: save them to your gallery.

8. Availability and liability

We strive to keep the App available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for use contrary to these Terms, for content you import, or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete an account for serious breach (credit fraud, prohibited content), after notice unless urgent or legally required. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

These Terms may change; material changes will be announced in the App.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Contact support@your-domain.com first for an amicable solution. EU consumers may use the consumer mediator: [TO COMPLETE — mediator name and website]. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
